Some orders may be subject to additional verification which can cause slightly longer processing times. Skyhio has partnered with Route for packaging protection. If you purchased Route package protection at checkout, you can file a claim for lost, damaged, or stolen packages here. Please include your email associated with your order and your order confirmation number to submit your claim. Skyhio recommends adding Route package protection at checkout to all orders. Route protects you in case your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. If Route package protection is not purchased, Skyhio is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Skyhio offers cold shipping. Cold shipping requires the use of UPS Standard Shipping. Cold shipping is not available for purchases that include vape cartridges. Our edibles are not heat resistant in warmer temperatures. If you do not select cold shipping, your edibles are at a higher risk of melting while in transit. Please note the cold shipping does not guarantee items to be delivered cold. It is an additional measure to help assist items melting in transit.
Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days via USPS. If, after ordering, we discover an item is illegal in your state we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
Orders under $20,000 typically ship within 2-4 business days. For orders over $20,000 or orders of more than 250 units of any particular SKU, please call ahead for estimates on fulfillment. 99% of wholesale orders are completed within 7 business days.
There are times where one particular item may hold up the rest of the order from being shipped in a timely fashion. When this happens we will reach out to you to alert you of the issue and allow you to choose how we move forward, which may include shipping the order in 2 shipments, refunding you the out of stock item, or some other mutually agreed-upon solution.
Shipping is included for free on your order and we ship Priority USPS. If you’d like to upgrade to a different carrier or overnight shipping you can do so by paying the difference between the free method of shipping and the cost of your preferred method.
To request a change to standard shipping, please reach out to your sales rep or include the request in the details of your order. An invoice for the difference in shipping will be emailed to the email provided on your order and must be paid in order for shipping to take place. Note that non-payment may result in the delay of your order.
Pickup and drop-off orders are not available.
