CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders placed after 5pm to 7am Eastern Time, Sunday through Thursday, can typically be cancelled. If your order is already in process, it cannot be cancelled. The support team will try to accommodate a cancel request during this period but cannot make any guarantees before your order is shipped.

This policy includes cancellations for any reason, including changes to the shipping address. If the package is not delivered due to an inaccurate address provided by the customer, Skyhio is not responsible for a replacement, refund, or credit.

While Skyhio will try to accommodate any cancellation request, Skyhio is not responsible for the cost to mail back any products customers want to cancel. If the customer received merchandise after wanting to cancel, all products returned to Skyhio must be unopened, in perfect condition, in order to receive a refund.
